Meeting with Dr. Koz was my first foray into telehealth/telemedicine and let me tell you I couldn't have had a better experience from the safety of my own home. The Dr. was responsive, informative, and compassionate. He not only helped me physically, but he put my mind at ease as well. His office assistant may be the nicest woman in the world and I couldn't recommend the practice enough. I trust that my family & I will be lifelong clients, thank you Dr. Koz!

Dr. Koz and Jasmine have been great to work with. After chasing answers for health problems for several years, I feel like I finally have answers (based on in-depth testing) and a plan to not just treat my symptoms, but to completely heal. Dr. Koz does a great job of explaining what the tests are looking for, and then spends a lot of time explaining the results. Jasmine is incredibly responsive whenever I have questions. I would recommend anyone who is struggling to find answers for their health problems to call Dr. Koz and make an appointment.

I have been working with Dr. Kozlowski to fix some digestive issues. He is excellent. He listened to my problem and provided the correct diagnostic tools to figure out what was actually going on! I love that he works to fix the problem instead of just giving medications to address a symptom. If you are considering a visit with Dr. Kozlowski, don't hesitate. You will not be disappointed.
