PIH has an excellent health and fitness program that anyone could benefit from. They provide the care and attention as well as requisite lab testing to determine your treatment for better health. There are weekly group meetings and in office as well as online content and resources tailored to support you throughout the program.

The PMR class (premier metabolic reset) is great! It is more economical than a signature plan and is quite comprehensive for the short-ish time given. It's cheaper to have a one-on-one with Dr. Dyer to have a deeper more personalized dive into any heal concerns. I have lost 10% of my body weight during the class and on the road to a better me! Thank you!!

Dr. Dyer and the whole Premier Integrative Health staff are amazing people and genuinely care about their patients. I am finishing up the Premier Metabolic Reset Program and have been so glad that I finally took the leap to do it. While I knew a lot of the concepts from my own research, having the group and coaching approach was so beneficial to me. I now have the tools to continue with my health journey but I also know that if I had any questions down the road, I could reach out to the staff at PIH and get my answers. Thank you Dr. Dyer and the whole wellness team! I highly recommend this program to anyone who has been on the fence about doing it!
