DON'T RECOMMEND IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT FOR NOTHING!!! You will wait 40 min after signing in on their check in system, just to be told their was an error in their system and you will have to reschedule for Monday...no thanks!! What a waste of my husband's time...with driving time and wait time, he wasted 1 and a half of his day for NOTHING!!! Office lady was also not helpful and rude! We will take our business somewhere else!!! 🤦♀️🙄

First off let me say this review is not for the office staff. They are fantastic and take great care of you. My review is for the pharmacy they use to supply patients for self injections. Village lane is horrible. Every month my order is late. This month I’ve been calling them everyday for 2 weeks trying to get my testosterone shipped, and it still hasn’t. It’s extremely hard to stay consistent. I hope the Low T will switch to a better pharmacy service. Their customers deserve better than this.

I recently came to Low T not sure what to expect but I am so so happy I did. It definitely changed my life for the better. I feel like I’m 35 again lol The clinic and staff are absolutely amazing. They take really good care of their patients. They truly care! Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
