The young ladies at the front desk have always been great. I’ve been a client of Summit for over 3 years and have generally had a good experience. Unfortunately, I ran into an issue this weekend that was handled very poorly. On Saturday, my wife accidentally drove off with my prescription sitting on top of the car. I had just picked it up on Friday, cleaned my car, set the prescription on top while grabbing the kids, and it was gone by the time we realized. When I called the office to explain what happened, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would have to wait another 30 days to receive my order. No options and no flexibility. This is especially frustrating considering Summit offers services like testosterone therapy, peptides, and other treatments specifically designed to help clients feel better and function at their best—yet they were willing to let a client of over 3 years go an additional 25+ days without treatment. Out of curiosity, I called two competitors in the area and explained the exact same situation. Both said I could pay a fine and they would replace my supplements. After being a loyal client for years, the lack of understanding or willingness to work with me was disappointing. ——I appreciate you getting back to me. Just to clarify, I did misplace one week’s worth on a work trip, but never a full month. I’ve picked up early a couple of times—just a few days—because your office is closed most of the week and I happened to be in the area when it worked for my schedule. That felt different than asking for extra doses. I understand that this situation ultimately stems from my mistake, and I take responsibility for that. At the same time, I feel that clearer communication and a defined protocol could have simplified this situation significantly. If there were a clear policy—such as a once-per-year courtesy refill for accidents—and that was communicated upfront, it wouldn’t feel like decisions are being made on the fly. If I had known that in advance, when I misplaced a week’s worth, I would have gone without it and reserved that option for a situation like this—where I’m now without a full prescription for over 25 days.—

The Staff and services they offer at Summit are amazing! They do things that your primary doesn’t do to try to help in all ways possible! My family has been using Summitt for years now. They are very welcoming and make sure you are comfortable with the explanation for all your results, and if you have questions they are very responsive via just a phone call. The owners and staff are top notch !!!
