I have been going to this clinic since I first got diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2019 and had a thyroidectomy performed by Dr. Jeffery Cunningham. I no longer see Dr. Amanda Cunningham and honestly after going to a new endochrinologist recently, I feel the need to express my disapproval and frustration with Desoto Thyroid. Dr. Amanda Cunningham lacks bedside manners. She has written off most of my concerns over the years and now I am finding out from another endochrinologist that these concerns were valid and should have been checked into. I now do not trust her and her judgement. This practice will have you book an appointment and then leave you waiting in the waiting room day of for over an hour. Then more recently they got rid of all their staff and completely replaced them. Since this happened, I was unable to obtain the labs from the last visit I had with them. I would give them zero stars if I could.

My doctor at this location is so nice and sweet but the customer service is awful especially with the receptions that answer the phone very poor customer service skills.

Will have you waiting for over an hour despite booking you a month in advance. My suggestion is to go to the thyroid office in Cordova

I love Dr Jeffrey Cunningham. He’s a great DR but the office is ALWAYS behind and you WILL wait forever and almost every time I go, all waiting room chairs are full. I feel like they either over book or just don’t care about anyone’s time. It’s especially hard to wait in an office for an hour + with children. If you don’t care to wait, the DR is great.

Dr. Cunningham is an excellent doctor!! Very informative and listened to all my concerns and explained everything to me. The staff is awesome my blood sugar bottomed out and the nurse gave me something to bring it back up!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve more than 5 stars.
