I've been an HRT patient here since mid-2024. Never have I felt so abandoned. My doctor made a big change in my meds. I have had increasingly severe symptoms that will soon lead to a hospitalisation. I have reached out 5 times on MyChart, and after several days it showed someone had read it but didn't reply. I called twice, being told Nurse Triage would get back to me, first on Wed, then on Fri. I got no response, and now they are closed for the weekend. It has been a month of this. My prior sense of body dysphoria is back, and with it comes my eating disorder and unhealthy accompanying thoughts and actions. I have in that same month seen my therapists 8 times, and a psychiatrist twice, being told I need to get hold of the Endocrinologist to revert the recent med changes. I'm running out of options and time. I have dropped 10 pounds this week, and had two suicide attempts. I am surrounded by supports but there's only so much they can do. I am safe for now, but If I have done nothing else in this life it's to warn the trans folks reading this to stay far far away from this place if they need HRT. They use student doctors in residency, and my first doctor was amazing and supportive! Sadly, she graduated and I was resigned to a new resident. In the past year I've only talked to this second doctor twice. She has utterly failed as my doctor and as a human being.

Medicine is so broken. DO NOT GO HERE! Being a type one diabetic things should be easy but they love to give the run around. They will cancel your appointment then you won’t be able to get in for months. Then they will not be able to fill your prescription because they have not seen you in months. They also make it very difficult getting supplies. I’ve been waiting weeks to get my CGM… I also asked if I could be switched to this awesome insulin pump I had no idea about but I have to come in for a whole other appointment for that even though I just saw the endocrinologist 2 weeks ago for a 5 minute appointment. The endocrinologist twice now has not looked in my chart and has congratulated me twice on my miscarriages…

Had my thyroid removed at 16. 10 years ago now Been coming here for years. Kraftson is the best doctor I have to see once a year, every year. I recommend coming here. The staff is actually real friendly from my own experience. I respect everyone has their own opinion with their own personal experience too.

Staff are extremely unprofessional, rude and seem miserable constantly. And unless you want to be forced to stand in the hall for over an hour waiting, go somewhere else. They will make you stand in the hall even when chairs are available in the office. This isn't 2020, I don't know how this miserable place stays in business

I love this clinic and my favorite doctor is Dr Andrew Kraftson I suggest anyone that looking a for a great doctor for your diabetes should ask to see him. I don’t sugarcoat anything he will keep real with you
