Melissa is GREAT! She actually listens to my symptoms and concerns instead of just reading the blood test numbers. She explains everything and offers reading material to help me understand what's going on with my body (instead of just telling me what to do and pushing me out the virtual door). I feel better than I have in a long time. I wish I'd consulted her years ago!
