We are really grateful for the care we have received at Marshall Lifestyle Medicine. We were members in Lexington for years but didn’t continue when we moved away at retirement. The Louisville location is convenient to our new home so we were excited to return to MLM and resume our experience with longevity care. The Louisville office staff is exceptional and we get the benefit of the experienced Lexington based staff including Dr. Mullins. So glad I found this place last year! Madison is amazing and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. I’m so thankful for her helping my TMJ and keeping my forehead wrinkles at bay while still giving me natural movement. I would absolutely recommend Madison to anyone!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went for my first visit, but Madison made me feel comfortable and let me know what options I had being a 61yr old, overweight male looking to improve his life through some lifestyle changes. There was no pressure to do anything which is what sold me on doing something. I have more strength, energy and stamina, sleep better, and have lost 20lbs in just over 2 months. If you’re not happy with your current physical/emotional state, do yourself a favor and go see Madison.
