Perimenopause was kicking my butt until Jess got me straightened out! She is super friendly, respectful, and inclusive and even gynecological procedures are easy. I feel soooo much better with my hormones adjusted.

It turns out the third time really is the charm. Jess Deis was there, after I was (1) ignored with my HRT symptoms for 7 months and (2) told after lab values were lower on a higher dose I can take a sleeping pill. Suffering shouldn’t be the standard of care for menopause. Jess’ compassionate care and willingness to start weekly injections with me and treatment for low testosterone were life changing. I don’t say that lightly, when low hormones drove 3-5 hours of sleep every night with a busy work life, constipation, and low energy. Those aren’t typical symptoms many women face, but they absolutely resolved once I switched from transdermal to injection and adding testosterone. Life changing.
