Since I began going to Marshall Lifestyle Medicine, I have lost 30 pounds and 10 percent of my body fat and have energy that I thought was simply waning through the aging process. Nurses Rachel and Josh help keep track of my vitals and injections and take care of me before I’ve been in the waiting room 5 minutes. Physician assistant Jarred Harper has a discerning mind as we discuss elements of my health and what they might mean and the correct course of action. The receptionist Laura is always on top of things and keeps me on track. My favorite staff member, though, is Bailey; she has 4 legs and an active tail and can always make me smile. I think of the entire staff as my friends.

Kody Lawrence has been my personal trainer twice a week for over three months now. He is professional and kind, and he knows what he is doing. He pushes me hard and keeps me honest, and at the same time makes it a pleasure to come in for my workouts. Kody makes MClub Fitness a uniquely excellent place. Highly recommend.

The best place for pampering in town! I’ve been seeing Lauren for a couple years for dermaplane facials. She is very knowledgeable and will make sure you leave with tips and information to make your dream skin a reality. Can’t wait to come back soon!

At the Beaumont Center, all the staff are excellent. Rachel and Laura are extremely professional and courteous. Jared always answers my questions promptly, and Josh has always answering questions for me also. Rachel always greets me with a smile.
