April 24 2025 given a shot for ED and worked ok. Received my meds 28th April and used the recommended does and got hard for about 2 minutes tried again about May1st same result . Called and they raised my dosage but same issues. Process of giving a shot and waiting for results and having my wife wait seemed mechanical and not very joyful. Tried to cancel and was told I had to give them 6 months . I went to the office in October to cancel and signed papers and was told my years contract of $3000. would be credited $600 . I have not seen that amount or any refund on my Care Credit account. Math don't work anyway you use it . Beware of what you are signing.

I arrived at Tri State on time and was met with politeness and professionalism. My privacy was handled by concerned employees. The staff was very knowledgeable. I was well informed about my choices for treatment. My treatment was done in a step by step method that made my feel completely confident that they had the solution to my problem.

The entire experience at the Crestview location has been fantastic. I was a little hesitant at my first meeting, but the provider Betsy did a great job of explaining my treatment options, and the nurses Nicole, Candice and Jorian are always wonderful when I come in to get my shots. I can't reccomend these guys more, they've given me a new lease on life.

As a 55 year old man, I needed help but didn’t know what to do. After hearing a radio commercial for tri-state men’s health, I thought I would give it a try. I’m glad I did. After a simple and easy blood draw, my testosterone levels were measured and an appropriate dosage was given. Benefits don’t happen overnight, but in a few weeks, I was where I needed to be. It does take time, but I do feel better now in several aspects of my life. Getting the injection is painless, quick and easy. I don’t need an appointment. I just walk in and within a few minutes I’m walking back out. I wish I would have found this service sooner. Highly recommended.
