Staff has always been pleasant to me. Addi, Kylie and Yolanda are all friendly and great to work with. I have no idea where the rude or mean comments come from. I have aways been nice to them, and they have always been nice to me. Sometimes you get what you give.

I have been a client of there practice for a few years now. They have always been nice and respectful of my needs. Most of the time they have a smile on their face when i enter their Business , but I normally go on a Monday , so not always a smile, but it’s Monday lol

The place has never been very professional. They cancel an appointment at the last minute while you're sitting in the parking lot and I've been given the wrong amount or dosage. I stopped in there today and they're not taking the pandemic seriously. It's supposed to be a medical facility but they're not even limiting how many people are in the building. I walked in and there's was 8 people standing around in this small waiting room. They aren't requiring masks for clients or staff. Since they realize they're not taking it seriously, the first thing you have to do is sign a paper saying if you get the virus from them there are not responsible. Well they are responsible if they're not going to set up some common sense procedures.

Wow..is all I can say..The staff are knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful. Going into this I truly felt as if I was being guided on this journey rather than facing it alone. They listened , understood and continue to help me reach my goals.
