I saw Chynna Cuellar, PA in the Men’s Health Clinic. Personable & friendly. She genuinely wanted to know how I was doing. She thoroughly reviewed all my lab work, and spoke to me about the results. She then very clearly outlined what the plan of care should be moving forward. She made sure I understood the plan, and answered all my questions. Never once did she seem hurried. Knowledgeable, professional.

Excellent care and facility. I’ve had the good fortune to have care provided by Kristen Gumpf for the past three years and she is has been great! Her intelligence, sense of humor, and matter of fact approach to what could a delicate subject is refreshing and reassuring. She is instrumental in the quality of my care.

I first met Dr. Tatum back in November 2025, and I just finished treatment yesterday. It has given me a new outlook on life first of all and importantly, the entire team at Urology, from the very first moment I walked in the door in November until yesterday when I walked back out of my fifth and final appointment, every single person treated me like I was the top thing on their mind. Everyone was so genuinely compassionate and caring and capable I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My visit was a Telehealth visit. I was called early by the PA. Fortunately, I was available at that time to speak with her. Kristen was very thorough with her questions and gave me time to express my thoughts, as well. Since this was an annual check-in with her, and no major concerns to discuss, this was an efficient virtual visit, which I appreciated In the midst of a busy day.

Kristen Gumpf is a terrific person. She pays attention to what I say and comes up with a strategy. I can speak with her candidly and not feel uncomfortable. She's to be recognized as a professional, caring and courteous woman who cares about her patient's.
