I’ve never felt that they care about my health at all. I’ve expressed concerned at every visit for two years and they just keep saying, diet and exercise. Even though I’ve clearly been diagnosed with 2 different conditions. My last straw is when I had an appointment at 8:30. I was the only person there and waited a half hour. I finally came out of the room and asked what was going on and I was informed that the doctor wasn’t even there yet. It was 30 minutes past my appointment. When she did finally get there, she acted like she was annoyed with me being there waiting for her. And then I was out of the office in less than 10 minutes, again acting as if she didn’t really care about my concerns. I will be looking for another doctor.

Made an appointment with Dr Haraki, and had to wait a month only for them to not have my appointment in their system and the Dr on holiday, now forced to wait another month if they even bother to actually keep my appointment.

The MA and my doctor is great here, the ONLY downside is the receptionist who answers the phone everytime I call has no phone etiquette whatsoever! She is always in a hurry when you speak to her, her tone comes over very rude and sarcastic, when she answers its so quick you can barely understand what the heck she said! I mean just no phone etiquette at all ; she is not customer service oriented. Honestly, if they had someone else who answered calls, the office would be so much better!

I thought it was just me Dr Wassum was so rude he talked to me with his back turned the whole time I was in the room not even looked at me once!! Didn't seem to care one bit.

While all the rest of the staff at the clinic were wonderful to deal with, Dr. El Harake himself unfortunately wound up being completely unhelpful to me. I came to restart treatment for a condition I'd previously been diagnosed with, but he condescendingly refused to even do the testing required to confirm the diagnosis. I offered to get my medical records showing that I'd been diagnosed already in the past, and all I got was a dismissive "you do that" before he left. A terrible experience overall.
