Sara Adair, NP, is one of the most thorough and compassionate practitioners I’ve seen. She takes the time to really listen, dig into root causes, and explain everything clearly. Her functional medicine approach helped me make real progress with my health, and I finally feel heard and supported. It is great having easy access to your medical provider. Her nurse, Trina, is also incredibly knowledgeable, organized and helpful. Both ladies make you feel like you matter. Highly recommend!

Was in town visiting family and friends and to check out the local BBQ spot. They were having their grand opening, and I remembered how great the Hayden location was—so I had to stop in. This one was just as good! The staff were friendly, answered all my questions clearly, and made me feel welcome. Great people, great atmosphere, and just an all-around cool spot. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!
