The H&WL team is wonderful! They are so kind and knowledgeable and always available to take any questions I have. My former PCP and endocrinologist had no idea how to help me after I gained 45lbs in a matter of weeks. After coming to H&WL, I have lost almost all of the excess weight, and I've been able to treat my low testosterone. I have been a patient here for a little over a year now and it has changed my life! I recommend this place to anyone struggling with weight gain or fatigue or just not feeling their best. 10 out of 10!

I feel really betrayed by this company. I spent thousands of dollars on proprietary "hormonal supplements" that worked great for about a year for my menopausal symptoms, and then they stopped working. The supplements are not your typical hormone replacement therapy options that are scientifically proven, nor are the ingredients published. I did not know that real menopausal hormones were even available until I started getting real hormone replacement therapy from my general practitioner. I can get everything I need for under $50 per month compared to the hundreds of dollars per month that I spent on supplements with Hormones + Weight loss. If you are struggling with all the symptoms of premenopause like belly fat, hot flashes, lack of sleep, etc. don't come here. Go to your primary physician and ask them for estrogen and/or progesterone, and start taking magnesium, D3, and fish oil. There are several doctors online that specialize in perimenopause and menopause and can help you more. I wish I had not wasted a whole year of going to this company when I could have made better health choices for myself if I had only known more earlier.
