Rosalind and Abby are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and always make you feel comfortable and heard. From day one, they took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt confident in my weight loss plan. Body mind spirit. It’s not just hormones. Rosalind and Abby helped me loose 65 pounds and keep it off .Losing weight is so much more than just food choices. Rosalind understands the psychological as well as the chemical aspects to finding my ideal weight and maintaining it. This Hormone practice changed my life. Not only is Rosalind extremely bright and up to date and very well read , she is kind and understanding. When I panic that I am gaining some weight back, she is always there for me to reduce to the weight I am comfortable with. The practice improved my muscle strength and clear thinking by adjusting my hormones and controlling Hashimoto thyroid condition as well as helping me with ADHD, depression, and fibromyalgia. For weight loss , Rosalind prescribes semiglutide type shots that are miraculous. I have been an overwater since I was a child, the shots signal when I am full and control my binge eating, not to mention Rosalind boosting my confidence and self esteem. I can’t say enough about Abby and Rosalind at Hormone and Health.

I had an amazing experience today with Rosalind. She’s so kind and really knows her stuff. It’s definitely an area that doesn’t have enough focus but she has made it HER focus and I learned so much! Highly recommend for any woman in perimenopause or menopause!
