Had a terrific experience today while giving blood for my lab review today. Maureen explained in my inBody results in a way that I can actively work on improving my body analysis. Grateful for their always-friendly, knowledgeable staff. Ive been going to Age R for 10 years and have never felt better! Great place, great staff!

I wish my experience was as great as the experience that everyone else seems to have had, because I’ve been wanting to do other treatments with them. This last experience, which started last week, has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional on their part. For starters, you can never get a hold of anyone in their office!! They never pick up the phone! I don’t understand how you run these practices without a dedicated front office staff. Originally, I was told my medication would arrive Friday the week before, but it never came. Then I was told they would rectify it by having it overnighted, which I thought was very kind of them, but it never arrived. Then I was ensured It would arrive this Friday, which is today. Guess what? It won’t be arriving yet again, like they promised it would be. Now they’re telling me it “should” arrive tomorrow.. Unfortunately, I don’t trust anything they say anymore. I’m willing to bet that had I not called and raised hell, I would be waiting another week. I’m pretty sure everything was put together the moment I called! Also, for something like this where there’s been so many issues on their end, a phone call should’ve been made to me, but instead, everything is being done through text messages, which is completely unprofessional. I also asked to speak to someone above the person that was texting me and according to her, she’s the office manager and there’s no one superior or above her…of course there’s someone above her! As a patient and client I shouldn’t have to reach out so many times to find out where my medication is, especially when they promised that it would be delivered to me today and the fact is that it isn’t!! Is this how they run a business and treat people who spend thousands of dollars in their practice? What happened to incredible customer service? That’s not how a real business is ran!

I have really loved my experience at Age Rejuvenation. The staff is wonderful, the services are excellent, and everything about the center has been positive. Since I know the leadership team and CEO take the time to read these reviews, I wanted to share one small suggestion: have you considered opening the center for at least one day on the weekend? With so many of us being asked to return to the office Monday through Friday, 9–5, it’s been a little challenging to schedule my sessions. A weekend option, even just one day, would make it so much easier for people like me to stay consistent with treatments. Thank you for all that you do. I truly value the care and service you provide!
