02/24/26 I have to add to my last review as it needs to be heard for woman like me the continued to suffer with post menopausal symptoms. I am a current patient and joined their BHRT in program headed by Jocelyn Segal. I cannot say enough about the care I’ve received from Jocelyn She worked with me tirelessly and compassionately to balance my hormones when I truly felt like I had lost myself. Thanks to her persistence and personalized approach, I’m sleeping well again, my hot flashes are gone, and I have my energy and libido back. What meant the most was that she never gave up on me. She offered multiple options until we found what worked and regularly checked in — even after hours and on weekends. I always felt supported and heard. If you’re struggling and wondering whether it’s worth the time and investment, it absolutely is. This program gave me my life back, and I’m incredibly grateful. I would be remiss if I didn’t mentioned support staff Laura. She is on it all the time. She never makes me wait and is so responsive. A big THANK YOU 🙏 Dr Saxena has been an outstanding physician who truly listens. I had stomach issues when eating just about anything. She recommended that I be checked for mold. I was shocked when the urine test came back positive for mold. I underwent a 3 month remediation and I am 100 percent better and can eat everything. The health coach that walked me through the process met with me monthly via zoom and had amazing patience with me. I am grateful that a doctor thought outside the box!!! A big thank you!!!

Last year I was not in good shape with my immune system. I was sick from Oct-Dec. In January I decided to make appt with Forum Health. Dr Saxena and her staff have worked closely with me for almost a year and I am feeling 100% better. I sleep better, haven’t been sick despite being around 2 very young grandsons almost daily. This past week I felt like I was coming down with something, but after 3 days I feel fine. My immune system was able to handle it With Forum Health, I have a plan for the exact supplements that my body needs, no need for prescription or even over-the-counter meds. My energy, sleep, brain fog are all very much improved. All of this with Zoom call visits with Dr quarterly and nurse practitioner monthly. Don’t have to leave my house and run to doctor visits and the supplements are mailed to my door. And the pricing is excellent! What more can I say.

The conversation with Dr. Sexena was informative and pleasant however the communication on the patient portal is very poor. I am receiving every day 2-3 emails that say that there is new documents on my portal. When I log in, all I see is a video tour and list of available supplements online. My medical history is messed up. It lists symptoms that I never had and never specified in my answers. I asked to reschedule my appointment three days ago and didn't get any respond from the front desk. For the price that I paid I would expect much better service.

Been a patient for three years was looking for a holistic approach to my osteoporosis and my last two DEXA scan showed an increase in bone density of 12%. Dr. Saxena listens and provides excellent options that allows for individual choices and everyone in the office is truly therefore the support of their patients. In Addition to my osteoporosis, I was provided options to continue on my road to a holistic lifestyle. This included a deeper dive on testing, supplements, and lifestyle choices.If you're looking for a functional medicine doctor, I highly recommend Dr Saxena and her staff
