I'm new to the area and this facility came HIGHLY recommended by two long time friends! From the moment of scheduling Christy was very friendly and professional and greated me with a wonderful "Good Morning". Dr. Ramsden took the time for a lengthy consult regarding my history with BIOTE. The procedure was painless! Booking my follow-ups and hearing about other treatments offered completed this seamless appointment! I'm looking forward to future visits and will always give high recommendations! Thank you! GREAT staff and knowledgeable service! Fast response to any phone calls I have made. Dr Ramsden and the staff are efficient and caring. Try to find the most cost effective way for you to have. I would recommend for any service they offer. Update: 8/1/2024. This Facility is a great service to your health. Always helpful. Called about some paperwork that needed filled out to send to my medical prepay card and was emailed back within 15 minutes. Dr. Ramsden and his staff are very good and respond quickly. 5 STARS!!!!!

My first appointment was today! First off the office staff was amazing & Now onto Dr. Ramsden, by far the nicest & coolest doctor I've ever been too. It was easy to open up because he listened and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Happy & Thankful I'm under his care now.

I'm a new patient. The entire process so far has been wonderful and not intimidating at all, even for a upper middle-aged man like me. The doctor and his staff are all pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and stunningly beautiful. I'm confident the treatment plan Dr. Ramsden has developed and explained so well will help me become me again. I received my first treatment today. It was painless and only took a few minutes. First-class!
