I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in 2010. I was placed on Synthroid and Armour Thyroid. I had no energy even though I was getting 7-9 hours of sleep each night. I gained weight while exercising regularly and eating 1200 calories a day. After years of seeing a medical doctor and not feeling any better despite being told that my lab work was “normal” I decided to try functional medicine and contacted The Florida Center for Functional Medicine. I had nothing to lose. I am so happy that I did! I had my consultation with Dr. Tuchinsky. He was so kind, compassionate, caring and really listened to my concerns. I started an eight-week protocol with weekly phone calls from Dr. T. I lost five pounds in the first ten days of the program and my energy increased. I was beginning to feel like my old self. I have completed my protocol and feel so much better. I lost a total of eight pounds and have more energy than I have had in years. I am so happy that I found The Florida Center for Functional Medicine and Dr. Tuchinsky. I have never had a doctor who I felt truly cared about me and listened like Dr. Tuchinsky. I highly recommend Dr. Tuchinsky. I have told all my friends, family and colleagues about him and The Florida Center for Functional Medicine.

I can't say enough about Dr. T and his programs. The focus on naturally healing the body through clean eating and natural supplementation was right up alley. My gut health is so much better and I no longer have the long lasting gas and bloat. My inflammation has decreased as well. Ashley was very pleasant to work with and she was always willing to answer questions and provide all the necessary information to get through the process. Her patience was very much appreciated along with her own product testimony and positive encouragement. I would definitely recommend this program.

Over the last 3 months, I had the best experience with Dr. T and Ashley. I was being treated for leaky gut. My symptoms were bloating, irritablity, burning in chest, trouble digesting and inflammation. I was not getting any help from my primary care physician, so I started looking at alternatives. I started reading about the importance of gut health towards your overall health. I came across Dr. T and read his reviews and set up a consultation. This consultation changed my life. I got my "groove" back. I am 15lbs lighter, no longer bloated, not irritable, burning feeling in chest is gone and just overall feeling so much better. I want to thank Dr. T and Ashley for helping me improve my quality of life. I just convinced my husband to start and I cannot wait to see his results.

I went to Dr. Tuchinsky with some pretty serious issues. I was at the end of my rope. I was suffering from very high stress and anxiety, severe panic attacks, severe gut issues, chronic inflammation and infection, and overwhelming brain fog. I had no idea what I was dealing with, but knew I needed some help. I knew I needed a doctor that would treat all of my issues and the root cause of them. I didn’t want medication, I wanted healing! It’s been a few months and so far my experience has been amazing. I had no idea that my anxiety was all due to my poor gut health. Once my gut started healing, the anxiety literally disappeared. I suffered from social anxiety and panic disorder my whole life, and in a few weeks I began to notice my anxiety was gone! I mean it! My digestion has improved big time as well. Things I used to no be able to tolerate, like black beans- which gave me horrible stomach pains- are now back on the menu. I am no longer bloated or fatigued after meals, and I’ve gained some valuable insight into my eating habits that contributed to my issues. I can’t say enough about this place! The doctor and staff are so sweet and never made me feel ashamed about anything. Even when I brought my 3 kids into the appointments with me, they acted like it didn’t bother them at all. Such kind people. I highly recommend giving them a shot! I’m still working on my brain fog issues, but I can see the progression of my healing and know that I’m on the way to becoming a new person! I love it!

Dr. Tuchinsky has changed my life. I first met him at one of his many seminars on different health issues. I had been feeling less energetic and wanted to lose weight. Not only have I lost weight, I have benefited from many healthy changes leading to a reduction in my medications. My medical doctor was amazed and told me to keep it up. Dr. Tuchinsky is a dedicated professional that enjoys helping improve lives. He told me our bodies would heal themselves and he was right. Let him start helping you. You won't regret it.
