Found the best!! Tanya the patient care coordinator answers every question with kindness and patience! I spoke with Kathleen Ouellette who spent an hour going over all my blood work and explaining everything in detail. She has a very warm and caring personality! I’m very excited to get my hormones on track and know I will feel amazing with their help!!!

At age 59 and well into menopause I came to see Dr. Fleischman in May, 2025. I was chronically exhausted, not getting restorative sleep and missing my vitality. Those were my 3 concerns and requests to address. Fast forward to today, August, 2025 and I feel amazing. I have my vitality back and my sleep quality improved within 48 hours. I can’t say enough about her and breadth of knowledge. Dr. Fleischman takes all the time you need to address your hormone replacement questions, concerns, and requests. This is not a pressured medical office where you only have a finite amount of time to get educated and your needs met. I hope more women get to experience the benefits of HRT. We are living longer — we need physicians with current, scientific, updated information; we need the protective benefits of HRT without fear of old and outdated information and place to ask questions. She does it all!!

Dr Fleishman orders a comprehensive set of bloodwork (in advance of your visit) and takes the time to review it with you along with her recommendations for targeted supplements and/or hormone therapy. It’s been only 3 months since I’ve started treatment and the improvement of my tennis elbow(s), rosacea, and sleep is truly remarkable. Highly recommend Dr Fleishman.
