Where do I begin? From start to finish, this place has been a nightmare. Didn't put me on their schedule multiple times, I'd come in and they'd be surprised. The phlebotomist is very nice but wow, she needs more training. She poked both hands and both arms for multiple appointments and was only able to successfully draw blood once. But when I go to another clinic, and they are able to draw blood on the first try. Communication is severely lacking here as well. The front desk did not communicate with the provider about my treatment or my follow up appointment. I tried to give everybody grace and patience because the medical field is tough work, but I have never ever had an experience like this. I will not be coming back here.

Everyone is so very friendly. I absolutely love Hamudi. He always remembers my name and other things that we have talked about. He is also very knowledgeable. I’ve had a lot of success at this place and I would recommend it anyone needing a little help.

Ever since Hamudi joined Genesis my experience has been amazing. He is incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and patient, and he truly takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. I’m so thankful to know that if I ever have questions I can reach out to him without any hesitation. He genuinely cares and it shows. Highly recommend!

Aliya is extremely sweet, talkative, and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable obtaining my LipoLean injection and tirzepatide, talking me through all the benefits, options for long-term use, and a comprehensive run down of my body mass. I feel grateful I found Aliya and the Genesis team!

The Genesis staff are nothing short of superheroes in scrubs! Hamudi—hope I spelled that right—along with the two lovely ladies at the front desk - I wish I had their names- answered every question I could throw at them. Seriously, they were like a human google, always going above and beyond. They not only explained my lab results with the clarity of a seasoned translator but also helped me explore my options like my own personal shopping assistants for healthcare. I’ve always had a bit of a phobia when it comes to medication, but these folks were pros at calming my nerves. They educated me on the ins and outs of the medications and even shared tips to help me cope with my anxiety. It felt like a masterclass in how to take my meds for maximum effect. So, if you’ve never dealt with any weight loss protocols or medications or feel a bit nervous around doctors' offices……. **This is the best clinic for you, Go check it out!!! **🩺✨
