I’ve received services from Monea Williams for the past year and she has done an outstanding job. She communicates well and explains details thoroughly by guiding me through the process hassle free. I’ve gotten a chemical peel, Botox and now most recently weight loss injections and I’ve had a very smooth process. You’re in good hands with her, I highly recommend Lux telemedicine & concierge.

I was Very impressed with Ms. Williams she is well educated in promoting her product she was able to answer question that I provided to her. She made me feel very confortable when going over the program and the meal plan. She's a good listen and understands customer needs. She definetly cares about her client and she strives to help ppI meet there goals and follow up with the customer. I thought it was a great suggestion it being my first time that she will meet with me to help me with the injection.sounds like a great program. I plan on referring friends and family once I get started in the program.

The Nurse Practitioner who treated me was very professional. She showed up on time, presented herself very well, and for her safety as well as mine, she kept a mask on at all times. She explained in depth the treatment I was receiving and approximation of how long the treatment will take. She was gentle and caring as she inserted and removed the IV. Her equipment was visibly clean and she washed her hands in-between putting on and taking off gloves. The treatment itself gave me energy for weeks and an over all great feeling. My experience was very pleasant and I am looking forward to my next treatment.

Monea Williams FNP is just amazing and has helped me and my staff get through these crazy times. From testing to treatment, she has been a Godsend and we appreciate everything she does. She has a professional but personal approach and I trust our care in her hands. Simply the best!
