My friend and I found this place to do our Vo2 Max tests and I highly recommend it!! We are big time runners and surfers and have been wanting to do the test for a long time but have been nervous and haven’t had the time to go through the process. Let me tell you: Moideen made it WELL worth the time and I felt a ton of trust and care in his hands. He was very encouraging, patient, and helpful throughout the process from fitting the mask, doing the run, and providing a quality overview of longevity afterwards. Furthermore, the facilities were very nice and clean!

Cannot recommend this place enough!! Moideen is truly the best of the best and his knowledge and passion for his craft are immediately obvious the moment you walk in. I came in for a VO2 max test and was blown away by the whole experience. He was very professional when running the test, took the time to really explain everything (I was nervous), went over my goals in detail and built out a genuinely tailored workout plan based on my results. It’s clear he cares deeply about each person he works with and wants to help them grow. The space is also clean and beautiful. If you’re serious about your fitness and want guidance that’s rly personalized to you, this is your spot!!

Moideen was professional, welcoming, insightful, and took steps to ensure that I had a good experience. He met me where I was at, starting at a beginner level and adjusting to the fact that I was closer to intermediate. I absolutely will be coming back. We worked on two movements: shoulder press and pull up. He gave actionable, specific advice for both movements that he was able to describe in multiple ways, demonstrate himself, and guide me through as I attempted to implement it. By the end of our time I had some homework to do (in the best way possible) by including these adjustments to form in my routine. It was definitely worth it, and I’m excited to implement his well-administered advice and check back in later to improve more movements for my workouts.

I had a great experience at the longevity clinic. The space does a great job integrating the clinical feel with the fitness side. Moideen was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what i should prioritize health-wise in a way that I could practically use. Highly recommend!
