Just had my blood drawn and scheduled my follow up telehealth appointment to review the results next week. Staff (Christina and Brooke) were lovely and super helpful. The office is so modern and nice and clean and the location in downtown Chula Vista is amazing with easy public parking super close. Amazing facility!

At my age my hormones are definitely a lot lower than they were when I was in my 20s. I decide its time to better my health because mentally and physically I know what my body lacks and what it needs. My HMO has stats and they tried to convince me since I fall in a range of "Normal" there's nothing wrong. I didn't believe and I don't believe anyone should settle no matter what a test says. Well I retested with Optimize U, even though falling in the bottom portion of the range I decided it was time to fix things. I chose to add TRT to my life and now I think I am on my way back to physical health. I've noticed definite positive changes in my body from increased muscle mass to reductions in inflammation. I didn't expect the reduction in inflammation but it has definitely allowed me to get back into exercising without debilitating me. The center is simple and clean, the best part of the clinic are the people that work there. I met Brian on my first visit, he was very calm and patient. There were no deadlines, or dollars, or pricing plans pushed on me. I took my time and researched about everything before making a decision to start TRT. So far I am very happy with the support. If the medication isn't right they will assist you in changing it, if the dosage isn't correct they will analyze your labs to make it optimal. I can't be more happier with the trust I feel in working with Optimize U. Thanks Brian and Team.

I’ve been seeing Brian Moyer, PA for a while now, and I can honestly say the care I receive at Optimize U – Chula Vista is some of the best I’ve had. Brian takes the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. He makes sure I understand what we're doing, why we're doing it, and how it ties back to my overall goals. I always leave feeling confident and informed. Christina was great at check-in and walked me through what to expect during my visit. She was friendly and made the process feel easy. Vanessa handled all of the clinical parts, including my blood pressure, blood draw, and additional testing. She explained what each part was for and how it helps track progress over time. She was professional, calm, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. What I really appreciate is that this isn’t a one-size-fits-all place. They use routine lab work and ongoing testing to make sure the plan is actually working. It’s a thoughtful, personalized approach that you don’t find everywhere. The whole team works together and genuinely cares about your progress.
