Beautiful place to go too! They take good care of you, they really do care about you! Allison Sommer is the very best, she is the only one in my lifetime that was able to help me and believe in me. I have also referred others and if they haven't gone there yet, they were soon to be. They feel exactly the way I do. I won't come back until Allison is back working. Thank you Allison for taking good care of me and caring enough to stay with me as long as you could.

I’m so glad I reached out to Lifestyle Health! I reached out to Allison Sommers NP and Ashley Powell NP wanting a true qualified professional to balance my testosterone replacement therapy and get me dialed in. She has done an excellent job of this and in addition she has discovered a serious thyroid issue, and changed my life completely with her very in depth and comprehensive process. She spends so much time with her patients and does an excellent job taking concierge healthcare to an even higher level than the name implies.

One day I'm sitting at a local coffee shop completely in tears over the pain I was dealing with in my lower back. When an individual noticed me and asked if I was okay. We started talking about each of our disabilities when he mentioned the person that helped him Allison Sommers with Lifestyle Health. I kinda shrugged and thanked him for the information and went about my day. Since I had already been with my current doctor for 8 years, I was concerned with starting all over again. However, I had been considering a change because of the constant med changes and the reducing of my current medications, specialists treating us like a pariah or some type of a drug addict and our illustrious Governor passing laws because he knows what's good for us. (Okay no more ranting :-) ) I was truly at wits end! So I reached out to Allison and made an appointment. Over these past short months, Ms. Sommers has completely changed my life and given me hope towards the future. I have been in and out of pain management for over 15 years. Over that time I have had my fair share of horrible experiences with doctors that simply did not care about my specific disability or how to treat it. That has all changed since I have been working with Allison. She listens to me! ( I know unheard of right?!) Not only does she listen, she allows me to be an active participant in my treatment plan. For the first time ever I actually feel hopeful that I will no longer experience long term pain and for the first time, I can honestly say that I function on a daily basis without my friend pain standing at the forefront of my life. Allison has given me my life back and I know she can do the same for you. If you're looking for a pain specialist that will give you options, listen to your concerns and work with you to find a solution that works, Ms. Sommers is that person. I would highly suggest you stop looking for another specialist. I've been there and done that for 15 plus years and have finally found the absolute BEST Pain Specialist EVER! Pick up that phone and call Ms. Sommers. I can promise that you will not be disappointed. She is, (in my mind,) a miracle worker. So make that call and find your way to a far happier you. Start with that first call. You find what I already have; your smile again!!!

I have a autoimmune disorder as well as severe pain due to degenerative disks, stenosis,arthritis and sciatica. I have been to more Drs than I can count including sports medicine, rheumatology, pain management, you name it... with out any relief. When I was referred to Dr. Sommers a year ago, I was at a loss and had kinda given in to the thinking all Drs were the same. Look at my condition and either 1- try to do as many of the same procedures I've already tried without any benefits, and dont focus on the actual pain I'm in. Or #2 dont listen to a word I say as far as how I feel or my concerns about what's happening in my body and with my pain levels and already have their "diagnosis" before they've seen me. Or #3 assume because I unfortunately am a chronic pain patient due to my immune condition , that I'm a drug seeker.....without looking at my records. I CAN TRULY SAY Dr Sommers is 100% different than any doctor I've seen in the past decade! She first called my cell phone to ask how I was doing and speak to me before I ever had my first appointment with her!! She took as long as needed hearing my concerns, looking at my body as a whole, and coming up with a treatment plan actually based on me! Refreshing! She has taken time on weekends, nights, literally has given me her absolute 100% attention. finally my pain has now been reduced, I dont have to wait in the doctor's office for an hour to only be seen for 5 min. You go to your appointment, she takes you back immediately, listens and HELPS! I WOULD RECOMMEND Dr. Sommers to any patient whether it's for pain, hormones, or just as an overall great physician. She is very smart and knows about techniques you'd never hear from another doctor. Thank you doctor Sommers, for helping me when no one else could and giving me dignity and the time you've spent on my health and reducing my pain.

I’ve been seeing Dr Sommers for over a year now and am extremely pleased with her quality of care. She helped get back to doing the things I love after being injured. Everyone in the office is very friendly and I would highly recommend lifestyle health to everyone
