It was truly a life changing experience to learn what is actually going on in my body rather than assuming that I think my life style is making a difference. It confirmed many things I was doing well and opened my eyes in areas that needed some more serious change. I feel more connected to my body that ever before. I am now eating more protein based on my lean muscle mass, have made significant changes to my supplements to give my body more and less of what it needs, I have a better understanding of how to make the most out of my exercise routines based on my target heart rate goals, I am consuming less alcohol and have made huge strides is lowering my cortisol levels. I would have never been motivated to make these changes had it not been for my experience with Cenegenics. I have known about this program for two years and I kept putting it off. I am glad I finally pulled the trigger as it has changed my health plan which will help me more quickly achieve my short and long term health goals. The team was great. Patient, informative and demonstrated a genuine care for me with no judgement. Just a safe space to learn and grow. Truly life changing and I am excited to see what I can create with my body and mind now that I have a team along side me to help elevate my performance in every aspect of my life.

Dr. Daniel and his team of professionals provided me with exceptional, expertise service. I’ve always considered myself really healthy. Dr. Daniel’s thorough examination reveal some critical areas I need to further investigate, that could be lifesaving. I appreciated his caring, professional staff, as well as their knowledge of health and wellness. An executive physical isn’t cheap. But neither is getting sick and having seriously poor health. I have no regrets. I’ve spent way more money on far less important things than my health and wellness. If you’re over 50 and care about your health, I can’t emphasize enough the importance of seeing a Cenegenics-trained physician and their team of wellness professionals. It’s not the number of days in our life, but the amount of life in our days that matters. I believe I just improved both. An appointment with a wellness physician may save your life, and at the very least will help improve your quality of life, regardless of your current state of health.

The staff is really what makes the experience the greatest experience. I could have gone to a regular doctor to looked at. Cenegenics offers far more than just a regular evaluation, they provided me a real in-depth explanation of my test, they gave me the tools needed to change my future and quality of life. Also most of all, the motivational conversations and encouragement is all I needed to leave with the most epic life changing experiences of my life. Thank you 🙏🏾

Great experience! This is the way to practice medicine. Where else gives you 6 hrs of time with an Internist and a Nutritionist?! When has your physician ever sat down with you and gone over your blood tests line by line, explained the recommended norms vs what they think the norm should be for you, and what you do to reach that norm? Establishing a baseline for your bone density, body fat, muscle mass, symmetry, flexibility, stamina, stress test, health of your carotid arteries, an hour plus of nutritional counseling as well as training recommendations to optimize your baseline data. This is health care designed to keep you healthy! Rather than healthcare to manage your disease. What a difference! Worth every penny! And, a real bargain for what you get!
