Menopause is no joke — and I honestly feel like Adrienne Garbarino has saved me from losing my mind! 😅 She has helped me feel better than I have in years. Adrienne takes her time during appointments, never rushes, and truly listens. She asks all the right questions to get to the root of what’s going on and genuinely cares about her patients. If you’re struggling with hormonal changes or menopause symptoms, I can’t recommend her enough. She’s simply the best!

I'm so appreciative of how responsive Adrienne was to my questions, as a woman in perimenopause who has had difficulty finding the right HRT for me. Getting a provider to listen and see you as an individual is half the battle.

For about 2 yrs after having my daughter, I had been experiencing extreme fatigue, anxiety, depression, poor sleep and irregular cycles. These symptoms were excerbated after having just moved across country to the Huntsville area with my toddler. I knew something was off and saught a provider that would investigate the root cause and take a holistic approach. I'm so grateful I found Adrienne and Cove Telehealth. The first consult and treatment plan were extremely informative and accessible via Telehealth. I can't express enough the relief and validation I felt after Adrienne listened to what I was experiencing and made it easy to understand the plan and what she suspected was going on. She was thorough in testing to make sure we were on the right path and I felt so comfortable with her informed approach. She and her team were so reliable and responsive throughout my care journey. Now, I am such a different person a year later after starting HRT which restored my energy, confidence, sleep and sanity and I owe it to this amazing team! Can't recommend them enough!
